1. The Bengal cat is guaranteed to be of sound health upon the date of purchase.
2. The Bengal cat is guaranteed for a period of 4 days from the time of purchase if vet-checked within the 4 days.
3. Quarantining of the Bengal cat during this time is highly recommended.
4. If the Bengal cat is found to be medically deficient by a veterinarian within 4 days, it must be reported to Wind Dancer Cattery immediately.
5. If returned, the Bengal cat will be replaced with another of equal value or the full purchase price will be refunded.
6. It is the purchaser's responsibility to provide immediate veterinary care to this cat if it shows signs of illness or injury.
7. Failure to provide veterinary care will make any guarantee null and void. If, despite medical treatment, the cat dies within the guarantee period, the purchase price will be refunded only if a veterinarian certifies the cause of death as being disease or congenital defect.
8. Trauma, abuse or neglect will void this guarantee.
