1. Pet quality Bengal kittens require a $100 deposit. Breed Bengal kittens require a $200 deposit.
2. You agree that under no condition will this cat be sold, leased or given away to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.
3. The purchaser will notify Wind Dancer Cattery if they can not keep the cat. They will also allow Wind Dancer Cattery the opportunity to purchase the cat back for the original sale price.
4. No cash refund will be issued except as stated in our Health Guarantee.
5. If the kitten is purchased as a pet, the purchaser agrees to neuter this cat within 3 months of the purchase. The purchaser also agrees and guarantees that this cat will not be used for breeding.

Deposits or payments for a Bengal kitten may be made via check or money order. Remember that we need to know the quality and litter which you are placing the deposit on.
